How to assemble the G41(W) receiver housing
It's difficult to assemble the trigger parts. Here you have some hints:
1) Turn the safety lever to the left (fire position)
2) Assemble hammer and spring - the spacers with the open side inwards; push the locking piece in. The two legs of the spring must be bent very much.
3) Assemble the sear / trigger spring / spacers - first with a slavepin. The hammer spring shall rest against the sear. Turn the two ends of the trigger spring to the other side of the sear. Press now in the correct pin.
4) Move the two ends of the trigger spring out of the receiver. Assemble the trigger plate. The right leg of the hammer spring must be in front of the plate; the left behind the plate. (difficult) Keep the trigger spring in position with a slavepin in the triggerpin holes.
5) Assemble the trigger with a slave pin - then use the correct pin. Press it in from the right side.

Removing the safety lever
The G41 safety is held in place by two straight steel pins on either side of the safety. The bottoms of the pins show through on the left and right sides of the receiver. Put a punch in the hole beneath the pin and strike the hammer to loosen it. Then angle the punch upwards and knock it out the top. Repeat with the second pin. Press in the retaining detent at the back of the receiver beneath the safety, and the safety lever pops off with the spring and arm. (credits to Wayne)
